Is there a way to clear the memory cache in iSeries system?

What “memory cache” are you asking about? Cache of what?

There are a number of possible caches. What do you need to know?

Go through the below link in your Local Computer.

C:Documents and SettingsAdministratorMy DocumentsIBMwsadieworkspace.metadata.pluginscom.ibm.etools.iseries.corecache

and Click Clear Cache to delete the entire contents of the cache.
