First you need to give the model number for the 3Com. They made a huge range of products, and no two configure exactly the same way.
ISDN is a strange choice these days, there are many other tachnologies, that are much cheaper to implement and to use. If you want to explain why you are looking at ISDN, and where you are, then maybe we could suggest a different solution.
