ISA & Win 2003 website loading.pliz HELP!!!!!

Hi erveryone..can somebody help me on the step by step configuration ans setup of my new site.

My friend had finished designing my site and is hosted on his PC server work, I was able to check it on line its OK..I have a Windows 2003 server with ISA installed and running..I have purchased a domain name also..I am now confused at how should I load my site to my server and host it from here..The configuration and setup using ISA is a big problem for me..Can anyone help me out with this..

What edition of Win 2003 are you using, SBS, Standard, or Enterprise. Is the server configured to support any other roles in your organization (i.e., domain controller, Exchange server, etc.)
