ISA Server2004 How it is possible that ISA Server communicate with your Domain Controller

How it is possible that ISA Server communicate with your Domain Controller. The Problem is that when i install ISA 2004 Standard Edition its communicate with Domain COntroller . Ihave joined the ISA Server Computer with my domain but its n't Comunicate it.When i use Remote Desktop its not connected with DC.
How we enable it.

normally a fresh install of ISA has the only rule that denies everything, you have to create rules/networks and so on that allow RDP protocol.
More info on ISA 200 can be found here.

Some basic rules which you will want to setup are:
From the ISA Server to the Domain Controllers/DNS servers: Ports 2164, 135-139, 53, ICMP
From your Admin stations to the ISA Server: 3389
