ISA Server 2006 cant authenticate Windows Server 2008 Doman controller
Domain Controller, Event Viewer, ISA Server, ISA Server 2006, ISA Server Authentication, ISA server error, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 Domain Controller
My domain level is windows server 2003 full edition, I have 2 DC, one with fsmo is a windows server 2003 the other is a windows server 2008. The windows server 2008 has been upgraded from windows server 2003 a few month ago and has been working fine..
Recently isa server 2006 was restarted and didnt work when trying to authenticate
on a domain controller.
We get a message in eventviewer saying that following this logon failure,
local policy could not be applied and the computer name was undefined.
I discovered that isa was trying to authenticate on the W2k8 DC and that
this last one was refusing access to it ?
