Answer Wiki:
Microsoft has confirmed that Access 2007 and Access 2010 share the same native file format. With SharePoint Server, it is possible to create web database and allow users to access a database in a web browser. Of course, you need Access 2010 to make changes to the database itself. I refer two links for clear concepts. Thanks--

I would suggest having the main tables in 2003, as 2007 can read them, and do what you want with the data, and write it back in the 2003 format.

Probably best to have a server for the 2003 tables, and hold the form queries local. They can be written in the local database version (2003 or 2007, depending what is installed.)

Are all 3 desktops adding to the tables, or are the updates only done on the 2003 desktop, and reports pulled off on all 3 desktops?
