Is there any limitation on number emails that we can store in one mailbox. We are running Exchange 2003 sp2. client is Outlook 2003

E-mail comes in all sizes, so there is no real hard limit per se. You are limited by the capacity of the underlying storage subsystem to house all of the e-mail, including attachments. There are best practices, however, on limiting the number of items per folder to approximately 2,000 to optimize the user experience in Outlook. This requires a little housekeeping training for users but is well worth the effort.
