Failover Clustering
In an active to active environment with multiple nodes is there any possibility that a failover of one node could take down all of the nodes?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Usually no, as the nodes are independent of each other.

However if you have an 8 node cluster, and you have the clustered configured in a way that allows for only 2 nodes to fail, and a third node fails then all the clustered resources will fail.
