Is there a way to keep people who are forwarding meetings that I chair from inviting others to my meeting.
Invitees of my meetings have been forwarding my meetings to others which automatically adds these people to the meeting invite. What I want to know is if there is a way to prevent any outsiders from being added to the meeting when forwarded an invite from other invitees.

Welcome to ITKE, Honeywest. I believe this is something you can change only at the Exchange server level (see a previous answer here: http://itknowledgeexchange.techtarget.com/itanswers/disable-the-meeting-invite-fowarding-function-in-outlook/). Do others know of different solutions?
