You would have to use 2 step picking and grouping. Once the TRs are generated, use LT41 to prepare the TRs and grouping them. Use LX39 to process the groups, first for the pick, then, after TO confirmation, for the allocation.

The TRs grouped initially will use movement 850 and will consolidate to your interim pick zone, (standard set up is styp 200). After confirmation however, the allocation will actually still separate by original TR so here it isn’t consolidated.

The idea is that the pick to the interim only requires you to touch the source bin once but when you go to place the stock, it may go to multiple destination bins.

There is a little configuration that is required to make this work. You have to make 2 – step picking relevant for the warehouse and also for the transfer type (A,E,X, etc); see “Set Up 2-step Picking for Transfer Requirements”. You also have to set up some strategies for “2″ in stock placement and removal. I believe that you also have to set up movement types for replenihsment control. (see Define Stock Transfers and Replenishment Control). Finally, you may have to futz around a little with yyour production supply release controls.

I am not sure if this is buying you what you want or not since it isn’t consolidated TRs throughout the process. That is how you would do it though.
