Is their any conflict between Oracle 8i and Windows 2003 Server


Oracle 8i, Windows Server 2003, Oracle installation

Whenever i insert oracle 8i cd, autorun starts and ends without any error or warning and i am unable to install oracle 8i on windows 2003 server. Same cd works on windows xp professional but not on server. Can anybody help me with this problem?

Hi,
I have been trying to install Oracle 8i on Windows 2000 server for several months but Iam not able to do
Setup proggrame automaticaly terminated after finishing 42%. Please help me to install the Oracle 8i.
