Q:
Is the CCNA, MCSE or RHCE a better networking certification to get jobs with high salary?
am an Engineering graduate in Electronics and Communication. I have planned to
do a course on networking. Out of the CCNA, MCSE, or RHCE, which networking

It all depends on what you want to do.

If you enjoy working with networks, go for a CCNA. If you like working on Windows servers, go for a MCSE. If you like working with Linux and specifically Red Hat, go for RHCE.

------------

first of all it depends on your area of interest also as said above. you want to live more into servers then MS. routers and switches etc. Cisco. RH is entirely a different stream.

scope wise MS has higher probability of better prospects. then Cisco and last will be Linux

High salary depends more on your personal attitude and mode of operation than it does on certification or degrees. A wise man, Earl Schoff, once said “Learn to work harder on yourself than you do on your job. If you work hard on your job you’ll make a living…if you work hard on yourself you can make a fortune.” Live and work by this and your job prospects and earning potential will be unlimited. I’ve written extensively about IT and information security careers and you can get more information here and here. Best of luck!

CCNA is better certification if you want to make your carrier in networking field. Start with that and you have wide opportunities waiting for you.

All the best mate…

Dear Sir or Madam:

Jaideep and Kevin both make good points. Indeed, it’s best to let your interests dictate your choices, and to use your motivation, skills, knowledge, and passion to move yourself up the career ladder(s) and pay scales of your choosing. Remember that you must still keep going to work, and doing the job, long after the thrill of a big new paycheck subsides (which it will always do, over time).

Good luck with your career and certification planning.
