Is it possible to install MS SQL SERVER 2008 R2 INSTALLATION ON WIN 7 HOME BASIC 64 BIT OS.

MS SQL SERVER 2008 R2, INTEL ICORE-3, 3GB RAM, 320 GB HARD DISK

If you want to install the Developer edition then yes it will install on Windows 7 Home Basic. The Workgroup and up OSs will want a server OS like Windows 2008 R2 Standard, Enterprise or Data Center.
