Is it good to change career to SAP Basis, after 7 years of experience in Windows Administration Field?

Tags:
Hello! I've been working as a Windows System Administrator past 7.5 years. I've an MCSE certification too. I've had plans to move on to SAP BASIS Administration some 2 years ago, and have attended some courses in BASIS. Later, due to job change, I could not focus more on to SAP and now I'm in a position of moving on to Team Lead kind of position in Windows Administration. Still I've the dream of SAP in my mind.... What would you suggest....should I move on to more management level in my current field or should I move on to SAP Basis by putting on more hardwork and learning...Ultimately, everyone looks at the money part, I believe....! Which one would you prefer for me? Kindly advise. Thankyou, BM
