Sure u may proceed ! Any experience may bring a big deal in ur life in future. But the pay is the matter here. If u will satisfy with ur pay, u may proceed. And if possible, complete the certs that u could not i..e MCSE 2008 server. I think it is not require to do MCITP (I did not know the actual story about ur cert earlier). MCSE + CCNA = enough to lead the industry (if u work on MS based OS). Of-course money is the matter.

Thank you so much for the appropriate answer “sixball” and “Rechil”,
You have clearly differentiated what is the responsiblities will be for Desktop administrator and network administrator.
And you suggested me to learn MCITP, As i have already gone through MCSE 2008 server, but not certified in any modules though, and little lack of subject knowledge.
So what do you suggest me, shall i go through that offer signing 2years bond with the company as a desktop administrator as you said any experience will always be an added advantage for my career in future.
