 Lotus Notes is empty when open on another PC

Hi there, I'm wondering how come my old names.nsf is showing nothing on the new PC notes even though it is 4mb in size? I'm doing this beacuse I'm upgrading one of my users to a new PC. I have no problem access her mailbox after installing/configuring Lotus Notes 7 on the new PC but however when I tried to do a double click on her old names.nsf which is located on a portable drive it will pop up on the notes but it show just a empty address book. Usually I have no problem doing it this way but this somehow is not working for me on this user. Please help..

I think it is corrupted .... what I really think to be done in this case is to copy it to Domino server then run the fixup -f , Compact -c and updall -r .....

Is the Old machine this working? If so tranfers then to the new machine from there.

Hi, what do you mean by transfer? overwrite the new names.nsf with the old names.nsf or?

just open the old one and then copy paste the entries.
