Jeff Holleran, Blackberry's senior director of enterprise product management, claims that the new Blackberry 10 operating system in conjunction with the BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 provides the best mobile and BYOD system for both owners and companies.  Do you think he’s right and do you believe Blackberry will be able to make significant inroads into enterprise usage?

I don't know Blackberry's features very well, but I know Microsoft is targetting the enterprise segment agressively with some features of the Windows Phone 8 OS.  And I think it would be reasonably to think that a Windows Phone device would integrate more seamlessly with a Windows-based enterprise network.  I don't know if Blackberry is the "best option", but I don't think it has a clear advantage that could drive massive enterprise adoption either.

I would say Blackberry Fusion Management is a great choice for a Mobile Device Manager(MDM) because it can manage BYOD for iPhones, Androids and Blackberries. You do not have to have blackeberry devices to use it. Right now BlackBerry 10 are the only devices that come out the box with a work profile and a personal profile that allows the user to separate the two. There are other MDMs out there so it will be up to you to learn how they all work and pick the one that allows you to enforce company policy the best while still allowing the employee to use the phone
