Is anyone using Dell MessageOne for email continuity and archiving?
I am tasked with gathering information and comparing Dell's MessageOne archiving and email continuity service, and compare it with our current Symantec Enterprise Vault. This is fairly difficult, because MessageOne is still fairly new, and it will be impossible to find someone that has used both. So, at this point, I'm just trying to determine if MessageOne is a viable service for a large corporation that demands five-9s uptime, and a user interface that is intuitive, and won't cause problems for users that have no time or patience for quirks.

Answer Wiki:
Sounds more like you should be looking for a SaaS solution that'll do all the above and more. They are always on,
no 'activating' when needed plus they include multi-layer filtering and reporting as well.

Look at our service, Cleartext ClearEmail and others like MessageLabs and MX Logic. Most of our clients are
ex-Symantec, McAfee etc.

If you're keen on MessageOne without looking at anything else then you should be fine as they also have a good
reputation in the market.
