With the economy the way it is, is it better to have a CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) or MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) certificate? I don't have time to complete both courses and I'm urgently seeking employment.

I agree. It depends on your interest and skills. Are you a networking person or do you like servers? Smaller organizations need one person to do both but larger organizations typically have specialists.

It depends on you interests and the IT world requirements. I will advise you thoug that you do MCSA and also CCNA. It doesn’t hurt to know. Actually MCSA prepares you for networking basics, getting CCNA will really help in real world scenarios.
For syphun, you can get dumps, not too recent though in http://4shared.com.
Cheers

Thanx to make me understand what i really have to do.
Cheers
if i was you I would take both !
In the world where we live in any one can be an IT geek as long as he wish but in the organization where competition is the situation, specialization is the matther here. In the room before you walk in for your interview might be you MCSE or CCNP would be the certs that talk for you and offcourse that definitely does it all.
