 iPhone5 on Exchange 2003
Users are complaining of "missed" emails on their iPhone 5. When they log into OWA mail, users say that all the "missed"emails then drop into the inbox of the iPhone.  OS is Exchange 2003, fully patched and latest iPhone 5. Any ideas?

Do you have any example timestamps showing when a “missed” e-mail arrived at your server and the time a user logged onto OWA and saw that new e-mail “drop” into the inbox? Timestamps and times may be useful in further dialog about this. Some settings can affect when things happen. — Tom
