how I can allow in my network under the firewalla single ip where other external net IPs can enter?

I'm not really sure what you are trying to do, but this sort of thing is configured within your network's router. Your network and/or systems administrator would need to make this change.

you will need to open the port that is needed. so if you need ftp u use port 21, if you u need remote desktop you open port 3389
