Sounds like your systems are setup for open relay. Be sure it is configured to send emails for your domain only. Check the blacklists you are on and see if it is just the IP address range of your ISP or if it is isolated to just your server. Work with the blacklist owner to get your organization unlisted. Also ask the organizations you correspond with frequently to add your company to their permitted senders list. ******* technochic You can also review the smtp logs on the mail server to find the rogue sending machine. That is how we found one recently in our organization. **************************************************************************************************************** Hi, Same Problem I face In last Six months When I configure static ip in wan port (Useing a firewall) Three times my ip has to be black listed . i also thought virus and spam in my network so i will scan all system but nothing found After that i called my ISP And tell him This problem after that he giveing the ISP mail relay server Name and ip I am configure In firewall . so my mails going to Isp mail server or we are creating Root for sending mails after That Still my IP is not black Listed You do like this I am 100% confidunce to resolve your problem Thanks
