Am a vb 6 programmer i want a a code that can retrive how much bytes receive and send when we browse the net . same like when we double click on "connected to ......." that will display connected at 665675 bps, duration, bytes received and bytes sent. can u any one how i display these info through my vb appllication

My first suggestion would be whether or not you have the libraries which allow SNMP access to an agent on your own workstation. Since MIB-II allows for collection of most of the items you've specified,I'd take the easy route first. Bob
