May I know where can I get the sample policy pertaining to internet posting. For example, my company is prepare to roll out a policy to prevent staff posting company related news into their personal forum or social networking.

The best solution is to include this policy in an overall Non-Discosure Agreement. A well designed NDA is essential for almost any business as a tool for enforcing security around your internal data. If you don't have one already, I would suggest an attorney's help drafting one.

Adding the non-posting portion can be in plain english, just like you put in your question.
