		<description><![CDATA[Use SFTP (Secure FTP) if security is your goal.  SFTP provides basic FTP with Secure Shell Layer (SSL) protection.  

To do that, the source and destination machines must be capable of mutual authentication.  

TFTP (Trivial File Transfer Protocol) is unsuitable to your needs because it is connectionless so any losses in data will be a problem for your large (100MB) file size requirement.  

However, there are commercial tools used by the big guys.  Google Download Manager to see whether there is software appropriate to your situation.]]></description>
