Internet Explorer " page cannot be displayed"

Hi,

I am facing a peculiar problem. i am administering a LAN which is having 30 computers all are connected to switch. 512 Kbps DSL line is also connected from modem to switch. in clients machine DNS server IP , we have given our ISP's DNS address. when there is heavy browsing users get the error " page cannot be displayed" . To correct this i have to go to the LAN properties and repair the connection. why this is happening. is there any solutions for this.
