 Internet explorer opens a new window when clicking on a link to open it in a new window, but does not opens it in the maximised mode.

When I am trying to click on a link to open it in a new window, it opens the window but I can see only the Title with the minimize,maximize, and the close window, but it does not open it with the normal size of the internet explorer, but if I just click on the internet explorer it opens the page in the normal size. Only when i use open the link in a new window, it has only the title bar with the minimsie, maximise etc options, and if I click on the maxmise option, it maximises the window. Can anyone help me with this. Regards,

Another option would be to stop using IE and move to one of many alternative browsers such as the newly-embraced Firefox or the old, reliable, and frequently-shunned Opera. Most problems with IE go away when you stop using it.
