    So far, there is no assertion that anything is blocked. It looks like the OP is wondering if "Quickweb" can or will provide a blocking service. But it might depend on which "Quickweb" is being asked about. It seems likely that the question is about QuickWeb for HP PCs, but that might be coincidence. -- Tom
