Sorry, I hate to answer a question with a question but could you please elaborate on a few things:

1) event viewer: what is listed for "Source", "Category", and "Event ID"?

2) I'm assuming that no web pages load when you say "but web pages not opened"?

3) Is this a standalone unit or is it on a network?

4) What is your IP address?
