I work for an international company. We are currently in process of implementing SAP R/3 HR module across our Europe Offices. I could use some advise because this is my first SAP project.
The question I have is inregards to International Assignee whether they are Expat or Inpat. We are finding that there is duplication of employee record for both countries. For example, UK employee working in US. We have his records here and also the US have it plus they are paid in US$. Because of suplication, this puts our headcount report out of sync. Employee accounted for 2X. Can an employee number be assigned to two different personnel area? How can this be done?
