Q:
Interface from C# into an AS400 interface.
Has anyone done any work on calling a green screen from C#?  We are developing an interface that will allow us to build out a graphic environment and then ultimately, we want the process to end by calling a specific AS400 interface (non-graphic).

Anyone have ideas?

Thanks...

Lots of ideas, but the project doesn’t have much definition. Can you give an example of what might actually be expected to happen? And what kind of PC environment are you contemplating? A user workstation? A PC server? Obviously, a ‘non-graphic’ interface could be telnet, ftp or a host of others. Is there something specific you have in mind? Database connectivity to stored procs? Terminal emulation? Remote command (rexec.exe)? Other?
