 Interface for ASA 5510
Hi , Brother/Sisters . I am using ASA 5510 with 2 interface enable ( Inside and Outside). However , I did notice ASA still have remaining port is not using. I would like to set up Wireless Access Point and direct plug into the ASA. may I know any recommendation or reading material on this? Because most of the configuration is set it up to DMZ but I just need to simply enable One interface with DHCP auto assign (do not need DMZ). May I know your opinion on this? Thanks.

Answer Wiki:
Yes, the third interface is typically the DMZ. I would suggest just using the trusted side connected to a switch and then the access point connected to the switch.

Hi , Labnuke99.

Thanks your comment and I will try this method.

By the way , may I know ASA 5510 is totally impossible to enable the interface like what I propose?? As I need to explore more on this.

Thanks,
