Installs in safe mode, not in normal mode
I want to install my keyboard and monitor in safe mode but it won't power them up in normal Windows. Why? On 09/14/2012,I went onto the HP 4500-510g setup disk website. I tried to download the HP setup for the HP Networking 4500-510g printer to accept my HP Pavilion dv6000 Entertainment PC notebook computer, which connects through my Quest router by CACWIFI. My desktop computer Windows XP Professional 32 bit, AMD processor with Service Pack 3 is the system used by my HP 4500-510g printer and the system that was running HP factory setup disk as well. Well, the download for the HP Networking setup Windows XP Professional and HP 4500-510g through Qwest router to communicate to Hp Pavilion dv6000 HP notebook didn't complete. I signed out of the website, and tried to eject the HP factory setup disk. The disk would not eject. I kept hitting the F1 key to let me know what the system was doing or why the factory setup would not eject. Finally I pushed the power switch to shut off my desktop, thinking my system was infested by a virus. This hasn't happen to me since I purchased my desktop Presario SR1403WM in 2006.

Software/Hardware used:
Windows XP Professional 32 bit with Service Pack 3,Hp2400 printer,Hp4500-510g,Reteck audio
