installing Outlook on a new computer
I just got a Windows 7 computer and need to transfer all my microsoft outlook from the XP machine to the new one.  How?

You can take a back up of your exisitng outlook in a pst format to do so go to file menu in your outlook express, click import-export option, then click export, then select personel file folder (.pst) specficy the location to save the file. Once the file is saved copy the file in your USB device and then again go to file options , click import -export, then select import form external program or file, then select the personel file folder (.pst) and import the mails to your personel folder in ur outlook client.

Depending which version of outlook you are using….if it’s one that supports AutoComplete , copy .n2k files as well.
