You can access the software from the System i by going to the PC run command and typing the system IP like this \\xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and then you will need to put in your user profile and password. This will give access to the system folders and you should find the software under the qibm folder. You can try adding this to the end of your IP address and it should take you to the install location. ” \qibm\ProdData\Access\Windows\Install\Image ”
I have done this in the past with systems when the CD was not available. The service pack level will be what ever the system is at. I usually update the PC with the most current if the system is not up to date. You can get the service packs at IBM System i Access Service Packs for Windows.

Use Windows Explorer or iSeries Navigator to go here:
Copy the Express folder to your server.
Use \Express\Install\Image\Setup.exe to install.
You could also install straight from iSeries at:
