Go to Menu options and select 
System/Status 

1)  U got lot of info related to your Problem. Click on Little magnifying button u got your version number.
2)  Click shift+F5 then u got other info like kernal,databese versions,system etc. here u can also find your version numbers so far, Operating system, IP adress etc....

U seems new to SAP bro ... me too.. just 1 month old...
