In other words, not all applications will automatically switch between the install and excute modes when the installer is initiated. You may need to open a command prompt and type ‘change user /install’ (sans quotes) prior to installing. Just be sure to type ‘change user /execute’ in the command window when the installation is complete or the shadow registry values used by citrix could be irreparably altered if a terminal session connects while the server in the install mode. Of course, it is alwys best to perform this kind of action after hours when there is less of a chance of session activity.
