		<description><![CDATA[Did you install the application in an install mode?  In other words, not all applications will automatically switch between the install and excute modes when the installer is initiated.  You may need to open a command prompt and type &#039;change user /install&#039; (sans quotes) prior to installing.  Just be sure to type &#039;change user /execute&#039; in the command window when the installation is complete or the shadow registry values used by citrix could be irreparably altered if a terminal session connects while the server in the install mode.  Of course, it is alwys best to perform this kind of action after hours when there is less of a chance of session activity. ]]></description>
