I don't believe so... a quick Google search brought this up among other items...

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.exchange.application.conversion&tid=2ae116a9-053a-4871-a704-981bcc4d09b2&cat=en_US_8a9868cd-dac2-4f40-adec-1d6b992baa8f&lang=en&cr=US&sloc=&p=1

The question remains... why? I know the 5,5 still works, but if your upgrading the OS, you probably ought to bite the bullet and get your messaging on a supported platform as well.

Cheers!

You are asking for trouble. To upgrade from NT to 2003, you must first do an in-place upgrade to Windows 2000 Server, then perform another in-place upgrade to Windows Server 2003. Your best solution will be to migrate from NT/Exchange 5.5 to Windows Server 2003/Exchange 2003 or Exchange Server 2007, though if you are planning using existing hardware then you will in all likelihood not be able to implement Exchange Server 2007 because it is only supported on 64-bit hardware which is required for a production environment.
