iNotes6 user receiving wrong username or password error messages

We are using Lotus Notes 6.5 at our company and mail template iNotes6. All of my Notes users can access their webmail without a problem -- except for one user. She keeps getting an error about entering the wrong username or password. However her password works fine when she is in the office. Does anyone know what the problem might be?
