I provide first level support to users. Recently we have had a problem with several users, myself included, being asked to log in to iNotes several times a day. For me, I am always using my email, and I am sometimes asked to log in again before I can send an email I just composed.
We are running Release 6.5.1 and are stumped. We have tried re-creating the user profile (windows) but that does not seem to resolve. I believe most of the OS being used is 2000 or XP. We have not been able to narrow down any triggers, it seems to be a random occurrence, albeit an annoying one.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
