Check the IP address (and all other network settings) on the printer itself. If they were hardcoded, maybe a user changed the configuration. Is it printing from a PC application? If so, then no need to check the cabling nor outlet.

If you live outside the United States, by submitting your email address you consent to having your personal data transferred to and processed in the United States.
I checked all network settings and they were correct. The printer will only print from the printers menu (ie. page count, tcp/ip info) I could not ping the printer. How do I access the formatter board for replacement. I cant find a manual anywhere.
Simple way to test is directly connect a PC or Laptop to the printer via crossover cable set the pc,laptop to a static ip address that matches the printer config.
See if you can ping the printer. This will eliminate faulty cabling or network port on printer.
