Lately, my Exchange Information Store hangs up and Outlook clients give a message saying that it can't connect to Exchange (Exchange 2003--Microsoft Server 2003 OS). There are no errors or warnings being logged in EventViewer that would clarify anything. Just a lot of ActiveSync errors due to mobile phones not being able to connect either.
I have to do a taskkill and force Information Store to stop and then restart it. Once I restart, everything works beautifully.
How could I be proactive in finding out what could be causing this 'hanging' issue?
