I declare INFDS in my program for a display file and use it to detect what key is pressed
DChkfil DS D key_pres 369 369
This was working earlier and suddenly now I see in debug that the key_press variable is not working as earlier...... the variable shows one highlighted portion when i press F11 on it to see the value in debug... basically my logic checks if Key_press <> Previous do this End control comes out of the loop even if i dont press previous. Please help..I can check *In12 in this place but I dont know how will i check If Key_press = Enter that was was easier with this approach... Thanks, NG

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

So you’ve got the infds coded in the F spec..
What does your CA/CF command look like in the DSPF?

Phil

Drop the indicators on the CA/CF keys - the value in your key_pres variable makes them unnecessary overhead.
