I don't think I've seen any generic industry virtualization certifications. VMware has their VCP and newly added VCDX certifications. I don't believe Citrix has any certifications for Xen Server and Microsoft has their new Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification program that focuses on Hyper-V and the forthcoming System Center Virtual Machine Manager.
