I'm on a HP laptop with Windows 10 already installed on it. It says the current RAM is 4 GB but I would like to increase that. Is there any way?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You would have to look up in your manual or on line what the max memory supported by your motherboard is. If it can be expanded, sometimes you will need to replace all the current. example if you have 4 and can support 8 chances are you have (2) 2gig modules. You would need to buy (2) 4gig modules. You just need to make sure you buy the right ones. Check the number of pins and speed needed for your specific model.

Assuming you are asking to increase for physical RAM. Already you have 4GB and this is enough, however, if you wish, you can, but that depends on your HP laptop configurations. If the motherboard slot supports this is possible with matching speed. For this issue, you can contact a hardware representative/ HP customer care.
