Increase Owa session timeout in exchange 2007 SP1
I have installed exchange 2007 SP1 on 64 bit bit windows 2003 enterprise edition . The problem I am facing is with web interface time out . When users login to owa interface of excahnge 200 SP1 , the web interface times out in 30 to 40 sec when public option is selected and 5 to 10 minutes when private option is selected . I tried to increase the session time out when private option is selected by creating a new Dword TrustedClientTimeout with value 0x00001440(5185) under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesMSExchange OWA and restarted IIS as well as exchange . But still the session times out within 5 to 10 minutes . Is there any setting through which I can increase the session timeout for owa interface in exchange 2007 SP1

Here's an excerpt that may help you out: <i>"The setting is actually stored in the registry, but since Windows PowerShell™ has an interface to update the registry, you can configure this setting using the Exchange Management Shell. The following example sets the timeout to 1440 minutes, or one day, when users choose the private computer option during logon..."</i> (Microsoft Technet, see <a href="http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/cc162367(TechNet.10).aspx">this article</a> for more information)
