I am having the SAME problem with T-Mobiles At-Home VoIP service. Muted incoming DTMF tones. The date this started seems correct. I reported it 3/30/09, and to date, T-Mobile is still ‘working’ on it. Today they told me the resolution date is 4/27/09. I’m unable to get any further up the tech support chain. If there are any suggestions, I’m listening.
