 Inbox, Outbox and sent items folder not showing in Personal forlders of MS-Outlook

Hi Everyone, I have a pst file of 2. 5 gb size. But when I add it in MS-outlook user profile, it is not showing inbox, outbox, sent items folders. I already scanned the pst file with scanpst.exe program also but no result. Please help me to recover it. I am using MS-Outlook 2003.

OS- XP, MS-Office 2003

The problem might be corruption in the Outlook mailbox file. Since you are using Outlook 2003, file size is not a problem. You said you have tried scanpst. I would recommend going for some third party tool.

A lot of third party tools are available that can help. But, I am afraid none is for free. Demo version is available with most of them. Try and see what works best for you. I would recommend Stellar’s product for PST repair.
