Have a user (WinXPSP2, Outlook 2002, Exchange 2003, Active Directory) whose Inbox
emails delete immediately after closing them. There are no rules in
place, no storage limit violation. The Deleted Items folder is not
accessible (selecting the folder results in the "This applicaton has
encountered a problem..." prompt). This issue does not occur when the
user is using OWA. This issue is only impacting one user. I was
considering doing a delete/recreate user's Outlook profile, but I want
to exhaust other avenues first. Any thoughts?
