		<description><![CDATA[If we are talking about a Windows environment and users in AD, you might want to take a look at a Netwrix product called Inactive User Tracker. There is a free version that merely lists inactive users that have been inactive for x number of days, and a pay for version that will automatically deactivate users based on your time criteria.
